PLACING ORDERS

You may place an order for a single purchase of products available on the Website.

Payment for orders can be made through:

• UPI

• Wallets

• Cash on Delivery ("COD") – where available

Terms of Payment:

1. You agree to pay all charges at the prices in effect at the time of purchase.

4. By providing payment details, you authorize Novera Global and its service providers to process transactions.

5. We reserve the right to update prices and billing methods at any time.

6. In case of fraudulent transactions, we reserve the right to take legal action and recover any incurred losses.

7. COD Terms:

   • Available only in selected locations.

   • Payment must be made in Indian Rupees at the time of delivery.

SHIPPING POLICY

1. We currently ship only within India.

2. Orders are typically shipped within 2-3 business days after order confirmation.

3. Delivery usually takes 7-10 business days, but may extend up to 15-30 days in cases of unforeseen delays.

4. If a product is unavailable or cannot be delivered, we will notify you and issue a full refund or credit.

5. We use reputed courier partners to ensure timely and secure deliveries.

6. Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.

RETURNS

We strive to provide high-quality products and excellent service. However, if you receive a defective or damaged product, we accept returns under the following conditions:

• Returns must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.

• The item must be in its original condition and packaging.

• To initiate a return, contact us at support@noveraglobal.com with your order number, registered mobile number, and clear images of the defective/damaged product.

• Upon review, we will process the return and issue a replacement or refund as applicable.

CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped.

2. If a cancellation request is received after shipping, it will not be processed.

3. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or other unforeseen issues.

4. Refunds for canceled orders (if applicable) will be processed as per our Refund Policy.

REFUND POLICY

• If an order is canceled before shipping, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 10-15 working days.

• If an order is returned due to damage or defects, we will issue a refund or store credit.

• COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer upon submission of account details.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

COUPON POLICY

• Coupons can be redeemed at checkout.

• Only one coupon code can be applied per order.

• Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Coupons are valid for a specific period and cannot be extended beyond the expiration date.

• If an order placed with a coupon is canceled, the coupon cannot be reused.

GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
